My Childfree Story
My childfree journey began when I was just 11 years old. I vividly remember sitting at the dinner table, listening to adults talk about “when” I would have children, as if it was an inevitable chapter of my life. But even then, something deep inside me knew this wasn’t my truth.
I didn’t have the language to articulate it at the time, but I instinctively felt that my path would look different. Still, growing up in a world where women were expected to center their lives around motherhood wasn’t easy. I faced family pressure that felt relentless—questions like, “When will you settle down and have kids?” came from every direction, often disguised as concern or advice.
The struggle didn’t stop there. In my friendships with other women, I felt the sting of judgment. The unspoken belief that I wasn’t “doing my part” as a woman created a rift, leaving me feeling like I didn’t quite belong. This sisterhood wound cut deep because all I wanted was connection, not comparison.
Dating brought its own set of challenges. Men often dismissed my choice as a phase or assumed I would eventually change my mind. I grew tired of being seen as incomplete or temporary because I didn’t fit into their vision of a traditional future.
And then there was the professional world, where I found myself constantly overcompensating. I felt the need to prove my worth by achieving more, doing more, and being “perfect” because I wasn’t following the traditional path of motherhood. I threw myself into work and personal goals, thinking if I excelled enough, people wouldn’t question my choice—or my value.
Hiding my truth took a toll. It wasn’t until I started doing the deep inner work—to understand my “why,” healing my wounds, confronting my fears, and honoring my own voice—that I began to reclaim my power. I realized my choice to be childfree wasn’t something to apologize for or justify; it was a bold, beautiful declaration of who I am.
Now, I see my childfree choice as a powerful expression of freedom, authenticity, and alignment with my deepest values. It’s not just about what I’ve chosen not to do—it’s about the endless possibilities I’ve opened myself up to. And it’s about inspiring other women to do the same.
My Childfree Goddess Era
Choosing to live childfree has allowed me to build a life full of richness, joy, and purpose—on my terms. It’s been a journey of healing, discovery, and embracing the limitless possibilities of a childfree life.

💼 I achieved traditional career success making six-figure income before pivoting to create a coaching business that aligns with my deepest purpose.
💔 I’ve healed my mother wound and the sisterhood wound that once made me feel disconnected from the women around me. Now, I’ve created and nurture a sisterhood where all women can feel seen and celebrated.
💃🏽 I’ve reconnected with my body, learning to embrace its beauty and wisdom. Today, I feel confident and radiant, inside and out, enjoying a fulfilling and exciting sexual life that makes me feel alive and powerful.
